Duroplastic

Chemical reaction in thermoactive substances begins under the impact of high temperature, where these substances become polymerized. Macromolekules are bonded together tightly on very short distances in rigid, hard knuckled joints. The newly formed bond between these macromolecules does not yield, not even to reheating, therefore these substances after the reaction cannot be decomposed, unless they are burned up.

Use of and processing duroplasts is much more appeased compared to thermoplasts. This is so mainly because the former cannot be recycled; therefore they can only be molded once.
